Once upon a time a trader, then moved to fashion and Vogue, my first love is and will always be football.

A 'European Football Expert' I mainly cover the Italian, Spanish and German league but Calcio will always have my heart. 

You can see me analysing Serie A action on BT Sport, rounding up European football news on CNN and TRT World or writing my usual columns for ESPN, Football Italia and more. I also am known as the 'Colonel' on BBC 5 Live's World Football Phone-in Show and regularly partake in BBC Sportsworld debate panel.
