Yet another win.
Juventus defeated a reinvigorated Lazio side 3-0 on Wednesday to assert their dominance and maintain their nine-point lead over Napoli in second place in Serie A. It was a better performance from Massimiliano Allegri's men, as they were relentless in their efforts to score and dominate a game against a side that quickly realised its inferiority.
Lazio have always been a difficult team to beat and under Simone Inzaghi, their new coach, the side had managed two wins out of two and were playing with more intensity. Nonetheless, they failed to provide a proper challenge on the night. Forced to rely on their defensive strength, they did well to shut down Juve and attempted to take their opportunities on the counter attack but ultimately failed to truly threaten.
