In short, everyone. Starting from the top, it's clear management has dropped the ball this summer in many respects. Allowing three stars to leave in Carlos Tevez, Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal was always going to lead to problems. While the club succeeded in finding talent to replace the departed, they perhaps failed to balance the side psychologically.
Much of Juve's success these past four years was down to the qualities Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici found important. While finding skill and talent was the aim of the game, the importance they placed on the human qualities of each player they scouted made the difference.
